Craftsource Wholesale Account Creation
Please note that Craftsource only sells to businesses for retail purposes.
Step 1: Fill out the Account Application Form and e-mail a copy to info@craftsource.ca
Step 2: Use the sign in function to create a profile with you e-mail and password of your choosing
Once your application has been reviewed and approved your profile will be unlocked and we will notify you that it is ready.
At this point you will be able to sign in to your profile and view prices.
The first oder minimum is $500 before tax and shipping
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payments:
All orders must be pre-paid before shipping. For orders paid with Credit Card, a 2.5% surcharge fee will automatically be applied to the order total.
Returns:
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns except shipping errors or defective merchandise.
Return shipping fees must be covered by the customer.
All returns must be received by us in saleable condition in original packaging before a credit being issued.
If damage to your package should occur during mailing, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Back-Orders:
Once your order is received, we will notify you regarding any items that might be out of stock.
You may choose to have us back-order or cancel those items at that time.
When your back order is complete, we will advise you by email or telephone. You will be welcome to make additions to your order at that time.
Shipping charges are added to each shipment after packaging is complete.
Pricing:
All of our prices are in Canadian funds.
Because most of our items are imported, prices are subject to change without notice.
